Ongoing Maintenance
The project required greenery that enhanced staff wellbeing while integrating seamlessly within an operational government workplace. Planting needed to soften the scale of the interior while maintaining clear circulation paths and unobstructed sightlines throughout the office. Tropical Plant Rentals developed a structured planting layout that complemented the architectural design while supporting the daily functionality of the workspace.
Resilient indoor species including Zamioculcas, Sansevieria, Dracaena, Aglaonema and Spathiphyllum were installed within architectural containers and integrated trough planters. Plant selection focused on species suited to conditioned interiors and lower light environments typical of large government workplaces.
Installation was carefully staged within an active workplace environment to minimise disruption to staff and operations. Access logistics and protective measures were coordinated to ensure accurate placement while maintaining the integrity of completed interior finishes.
The completed planting scheme introduces natural softness and visual calm throughout the workplace. Greenery improves acoustic comfort while creating a more welcoming and balanced environment for staff within the office.
Tropical Plant Rentals provides ongoing maintenance delivered by plant specialists to ensure plants remain healthy and visually consistent within the workplace environment. Regular servicing and plant monitoring support the long-term performance of the installation.
