Diverse career pathways
Head office & administration
The backbone of our organisation is a talented administrative team that keeps everything running smoothly. Roles in operations, logistics, marketing and customer service involve scheduling installations, managing client communications and ensuring our processes meet the high standards we set. Organisational skills, attention to detail and a passion for service excellence are key.
Plant technicians & service team
Our technicians bring green spaces to life. Interior plant technicians install and maintain plants in indoor environments, taking special care in plant selection, irrigation, fertilisation and pest management. Service technicians visit client sites to water, prune and replace plants as needed. The role is perfect for people who love plants, enjoy independent fieldwork and are comfortable interacting with clients.
Nursery & installation crew
Every plant display begins in our nursery. Here, staff nurture plants from seedlings to robust specimens, repotting, pruning and monitoring their health. Installation crew members load, transport and arrange plants and planters according to design plans. The work can be physically demanding – tasks like pruning, hedging and lifting heavy planters build physical resilience – but it offers the satisfaction of seeing your efforts flourish in client spaces.
Design & sales:
If you have an eye for aesthetics and a knack for building relationships, our design and sales positions might suit you. Designers meet with clients to understand their vision and create beautiful, functional plant displays. They select plant species, containers and layouts that enhance aesthetics and promote wellbeing. Sales professionals foster client relationships and help expand our reach.
