Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintain indoor plants across a portfolio of commercial client sites.
- Monitor plant health, including watering, pruning, cleaning, fertilising and pest management.
- Identify and proactively resolve plant health issues to maintain the highest presentation standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
- Maintain accurate service schedules and complete daily runs efficiently.
- Safely transport, replace and rotate plants as required.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with WHS requirements and company standards.
- Maintain company vehicle, equipment and tools to a high standard.
Skills and Experience Required
- Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent qualification (preferred).
- Previous experience in indoor plant maintenance, horticulture or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of plant care, pest and disease management and indoor growing environments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
- A positive attitude, reliability and attention to detail.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks, including lifting, carrying and ladder work.
- Current Australian Driver Licence (essential).
