Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks with plants, pots and associated equipment.
- Assist with the delivery, installation and pack-down of indoor plants and displays for events and short-term hire projects.
- Help create high-quality plant displays at venues across Sydney.
- Handle plants, pots and decorative containers with care to maintain presentation standards.
- Work collaboratively with the Events & Installations team to complete projects safely and efficiently.
- Follow company procedures and WHS requirements at all times.
- Participate in early morning, evening, weekend and after-hours work as required.
- Represent Tropical Plant Rentals professionally while working on client sites and event venues.
Skills and Experience Required
- Hardworking, reliable and a great team player.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying and working in a hands-on environment.
- Some plant knowledge is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
- Current Australian Driver Licence (essential).
- Truck Driver Licence (desirable).
- Forklift Licence (desirable).
