We acknowledge that each plant is unique and individual and we cannot have control over the plants being exactly the same as the plant displayed. We do however strive to ensure plants are the same or similar in size, quality and standard as the plant modelled, however purchased products may differ slightly to those displayed on our website and social media platforms.

The site and its contents are owned by Tropical Plants at Home and all other trademarks appearing on the site are also subsequently owned by Tropical Plant at Home. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include delivery fees and GST. We accept payment online through Paypal or Credit Card.

Tropical Plants at Home take all care possible and use precaution to ensure your products are delivered in the best possible state. Tropical Plants at Home will not issue returns or refunds for change of mind, however any products deemed faulty or damaged should be reported immediately by calling 1800 631 365 or email plantsathome@tpr.com.au.

We offer free delivery on all orders within the specified areas. Deliveries will take place each Tuesday and Friday.
Orders placed Tuesday to Thursday – Friday delivery
Order placed Friday to Monday – Tuesday delivery
When an order is finalised, it will be delivered to the address provided by the purchaser subject to the delivery address being compliant. Tropical Plants at Home are not responsible for delivery to a non-compliant address and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to cover the costs of re-delivery to the compliant address.
Tropical Plants at Home will package your plant and/or pots with the utmost of care. We are not responsible for any damage incurred to plants and/or pots after delivery is received. Therefore, risk of loss or ownership of items passes to you as the purchaser upon delivery of items.

Outside of Sydney metro areas – Tropical Plants at Home is happy to deliver to anywhere in Australia via our approved Courier at the cost of the customer.
