How my plant is delivered

Your plant’s health and wellbeing is our number one priority and we will ensure your order is safe throughout the entire delivery process.  Our plants leave our nursery in Annangrove NSW in good health with sufficient water until they reach their new home.

Our plants are dressed with coir fibre, a natural, biodegradable and environmentally friendly product. The coir assists in keeping the soil moist as well as enhancing the overall presentation of the plant and pot.

If nobody is home, we will leave your plants in an area nominated by you, the customer. Upon delivery, Tropical Plants at Home will then take a photo of your plants in their delivered position and send this photo to you, the customer, as proof of delivery and condition at time of delivery.

plants will be left in a secure, shady area. Please be aware that we have implemented a “no contact” delivery and will place the products on your doorstep or patio and step away at least 1.5 metres.

What if I need to change my delivery address?

Please contact us as soon as possible at plantsathome@tpr.com.au if you need to change your delivery address. Our orders have a quick turn-around, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

What if I need to revise or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at plantsathome@tpr.com.au  if you would like to make any changes or cancel your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request and respond as soon as possible.

Why does my new plant look withered?

Your new plant friend has been on a bit of a journey. If your plant looks withered or tired, give it some water and allow a few days to settle into its new environment.

If you have any questions or concerns, we are happy to assist with any information to help you and your new plant friend enjoy each other. Don’t forget to email us a selfie of you and your new plant to plantsathome@tpr.com.au, so we can share on our social media pages.

Where do the plants come from?

Our plants come direct from our on-site nursery to your home.

How much is delivery?

Our team at Tropical Plants at Home offer free delivery on all our plants and pots within the Sydney metro area, utilising our own in-house staff and vehicles.

When can I expect my order?

Our deliveries take place each Tuesday and Friday.

Order placed Friday to Monday – Tuesday delivery

Orders placed Tuesday to Thursday – Friday delivery

Exchanges and Refunds

We endeavour to provide as much information as possible about each product. If you are unsure about a product, please contact us before making a purchase so that we can assist you in your decision. Because plants are a living product and are perishable, it can become a little tricky to return a plant.  We want you to be delighted with and love your new plant as much as we do. The team at Tropical Plant at Home use all care needed to ensure that your new plants and pots are packaged and transported to reach you in the best possible state. Please check your items when delivered and if there is an issue with any product, please contact us immediately. Tropical Plants at Home will do our best to assist in finding a resolution.
